Thursday Lowdown: Humboldt Women Get Fierce

And now it’s the women’s turn. Your Humboldt Thursday just so happens to kickoff the first ever Zero to Fierce Festival, a sprawling 10-day long experiment that aims to celebrate local creative women through numerous performances, workshops, panel discussions and presentations (mostly in Arcata’s Creamery District) while hopefully inspiring a few, too.

For a complete-and-lengthy list of events associated with the festival click on over to the Zero to Fierce website. As for Thursday:

Over the next ten days you’ll find many 02F Festival event littered throughout the Lowdown, so keep an eye out. Other Thursday night options in your Lowdown listings below. —AG
