Yes, it's that time of year again when kontraption kaptains, Rutabaga Queens and thousands of spectators will again convene with the hope that glory will manifest before them. You all know the drill at this point -- three days and 42 miles of nerd olympics between Arcata and Ferndale are unavoidable at this point. Hobart help us.
Racers will then make their way across the Samoa Bridge to Eureka's Halverson Park before collapsing. Bring them beer.
