Redwood Region Audubon Society is sponsoring a free public field trip at the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary. Bring your binoculars and have a great morning birding! Meet leader Alexa DeJoannis in the parking lot at the end of South I Street (Klopp Lake) in Arcata, rain or shine.

Sanctuary Forest, Friends of the Lost Coast and CA State Parks are teaming up again this year to remove invasive species in the Sinkyone Wilderness State Park! We’ll be removing French broom as well as some eucalyptus and black acacia.
