Here is Your 2017 Oyster Fest Schedule, Shuckers

Oh my, it's O time! The Arcata Bay Oyster Festival, Humboldt's undisputed social event of the year, will once again shell shock the Arcata Plaza with raw and cooked bivalves aplenty. Aw, shuck it!

Your Lost Coast Outpost will be on scene judging this year's batch of local restaurant oyster contest entries and taking photos of you spilling garlic butter on your shirt. Full 2017 O-Fest info here, but just to make sure you don't miss any main stage festivities you might find entertaining (ahem... Shuck and Swallow Contest) take a second to familiarize yourself with today's order of operations below:
