Monday, April 15, 2013's Lowdown
We won't lie, Monday night's scene is gonna be pretty Dead.
Humboldt Green Week rolls on with a serious Deadheadgasm at the Eureka Theatre in the form of the Dark Star Orchestra. Now, you may say to yourself, "Hey, doesn't Humboldt County already have four Dead cover bands? Why do I have to pay $30 to see these dudes?"
Well, the DSO pitch is that they play famous Dead concerts, song for song, note for note, in their entirety. Go check their work.
After the show, the party keeps on truckin' at Red Fox Tavern for the official after party with local jammers Moo-Got-2.
