If you are a fan of government-subsidized outdoor tunes -- and who isn't!? -- then you may be pumped to know that this Thursday marks the return of the Eureka Summer Concert Series, 10 weeks of free, possibly-but-no-promises sun-enhanced evening shows down at the foot of C Street at Madaket Plaza.
