Wines of Anderson Valley
Please join wine educator, Pam Long, for an in-person wine seminar -- Wines of Anderson Valley -- Thursday, April 18, 6 - 8 p.m. The Anderson Valley AVA (American Viticulture Area) is a small but mighty California wine region and its proximity to Humboldt makes it a fairly short trek to taste world-class wines. Learning about the history, the climate, and general terroir of this precious valley will only enhance your wine tasting experience the next time you visit.
WHAT: Lecture with digital presentation and guided tasting of several Anderson Valley wines (sparkling wines, Alsatian-style white wines, and several Pinot Noirs. A delicious assortment of cheeses/charcuterie/baguette.
WHEN: Thursday, April 18 -- 6-8 p.m.
WHERE: Bayview Penthouse, located above Humboldt Mercantile/Land of Lovely on F Street between First and Second Streets in Old Town, Eureka.
