Tai Chi Made EZ for Beginners temporarily relocating tomorrow, Sunday, April 23rd, to the Trinidad Town Hall, 409 Trinity Street, from 3 to 4:30 pm.
Everyone welcome. No previous experience necessary as all movements are simple, gentle, and completely modifiable to fit the individual's comfort level.
Wear comfortable clothing, low-heeled shoes, and bring your water and willingness to "play Tai Chi" in a "judgement-free zone".
NO PAIN, MUCH GAIN, and "Try Softly" are the mottos of the class.
