Spring yoga worskhop

Spring renewal workshop will provide you with practices to keep you healthy this spring. Using a slow vinyasa practice, and yin yoga in a sequence that efficiently stimulates the digestive tract and soft tissue. Yin yoga is a type of yoga where postures are held for an extended period of time. This allows us to get deep into our fascia, ligaments, joints, and meridians. Yin encourages people to slow down–immersing in the kind of stillness that can lead to the expansion of consciousness. This workshop is on zoom and in person with limited capacity. The mats will be spaced 6 feet apart. We are disinfecting high touch points several times throughout the day. We have a large ventilated room and are running our state of the art oransi air purifier throughout the day.You can sign up on our website to reserve your spot! We hope to see you on the mat!
