This offering will start with microdosing education. Before drinking the microdose tea we will set intentions for our practice. The medicine will allow us to gain a deeper connection to our body, mind and spirit. Satya will guide us through gentle yoga poses, allowing us to settle into each asana for an extended period of time. Gently holding these poses will allow our breath to lead the way for our bodies to soften and release any tension. During the guided meditation we will clear the clutter in our minds to create space for affirmations and clarity of our intentions.
We will complete our journey together with a sound bath. You will be bathed in chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, infinity drum, crystal bowls and two gongs: Nibiru and Neptune.
