Mid-week "Bird-sit"

As the days are getting longer, Redwood Region Audubon Society invites you to a mid-week "bird sit" at the Vista Point overlooking the mouth of the Mad River on Thursday, April 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This bird sit will involve minimal movement and will be highly accessible to folks with limited mobility. The Vista Point is a great observation location for ravens, bald eagles, and shorebirds using the beach, for grebes, herons, and waterbirds using the water, and for harbor seals resting on the beach or playing in the water. Join trip leader Janelle Chojnacki and come bundled up and bring a chair, binoculars, and scope if you have them.
