‘Make your Helmet Cool, Fix a flat, and Deal with Squeaky Brakes on your Bicycle’ Workshop at the Sanctuary

About the Workshop: At the Sanctuary, we love bicyclists and we want them to protect their source of imagination, creativity, and skill: their brains. But we also want them to look good. Join us for a “Making Helmets Cool” workshop to design and decorate your helmet using the abundant tools, materials, and assistance the Sanctuary has to offer. Bring your own helmet! Materials will include: many colors of paint, waterproof maps, wigs, feathers, etc. The workshop will be led by local artists Carissa Lillian Clark and Katie Belknap. Skateboarder-, motorcyclist-, kayaker-, and horseback rider-helmets also welcome. Hang around and learn how to fix a flat and squeaky brakes by bicycle czar Solomon Lowenstein.
