LGBTQ+ Art Night
Welcome to the first LGBTQ+ Art night at The Sanctuary, run by Mauve Cape. An award winning studio artist who specializes in both ceramics and illustrations (HSU illustration award and Redwood Art Association).
Prepare for a Halloween Card and paper making event that will put you in the holiday spirit! Wear your costumes and feel free to bring a snack to share if you want, its not required. It's an all ages event. All are welcome!
For the first few people to arrive there will be goody bags you will win and get to pull from the centerpeice of the Halloween cats mouth! What will be in the bags? Candy? Art? Pretty rocks? Who knows!
Cost to get in is $5-$10 based on donations that help events like this happen. If you can't pay, your presence is enough. We hope you all can make it for a festive event.
It's 10/26/2024, 3-7pm at The Sanctuary 1301 J St, Arcata, CA 95521. The LGBTQ+ art night will be reoccuring and have a different theme each month. After the first it will be the second Sunday of the month.
