For NCRT's debut concert, we're excited to bring Joe Kaplow into town from Santa Cruz to serenade us with his original music! Joe is a young and talented multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter. Joe has been performing all over the west coast, and this will be his second tour of 2016. He is one of the most heartfelt people you'll meet: his authenticity shines throughout his music.
