In its 8th year, Inked Hearts continues to evolve as one of the premier tattoo conventions. Hosted by Ted & Amy Marks of NorCal Tattoo, this year features returning world class artists Tye Harris and Liz Cook, in addition to more than 30 other amazing artists such as Liz Venom, Salem Ofa, Oliver Kenton, and Casey Sheehan.
