HeartMath & Horsemanship Clinic with Kansas Carradine
Super honored to announce that Kansas Carradine will be joining us again this year for another HeartMath and Horsemanship Clinic! Learn how to connect on a deeper, energetic, heart level with yourself, your horse, and others. We will be learning specific techniques to develop self-awareness, practice heart centered communication, stabilize connection, reduce anxiety, fear, and improve confidence. We will learn about the relationship between horse and human nervous system and how to navigate through trauma activation, and so much more!
This event is located at Sitka Springs Ranch in Eureka, CA. You do not need to have a horse to benefit from this clinic.
