Fire Flow Birds Show

Fire Flow Birds is teaming up with Healthsport By The Bay to bring some sparks & fun to their Art's Alive event!

We will be set up with daytime activities starting at 6 PM – come by to chat with us, see our props, get a quick lesson! We would love to show you how flow arts is amazing exercise for both your mind and body 🏋‍♀️👏
