Children's Memorial Flag Raising

Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council of Humboldt County invites you to attend the Children's Memorial Flag Raising April 28th 9 am at the Boys and Girls Club Teen Center. This ceremony is meant to bring attention to the issue of child abuse and neglect and to remember children wh have died as a result of it.
