Redwood Caregiver Resource Center (RCRC), in partnership with Adult Day Health and Alzheimer’s Services of the Humboldt Senior Resource Center, is offering a day-long workshop taught by RCRC Family Consultant Alexis Glidewell, LCSW on Saturday, July 29th.

Family caregivers will learn:
Common triggers for caregiver stress
Practical strategies for stress-management
Relaxation techniques for coping

Lunch: Participants have the choice of bringing their lunches to the class or purchasing lunch (pizza) for an additional $5.00, payable the day of the event.
Cost: Suggested donation of $20.00

Redwood Caregiver Resource Center will provide grants for respite care for family caregivers who need it in order to attend. Requests for respite must be made by July 21, 2017.
