Birding Basics
Birds & Bees Educational Series - Birding Basics On Saturday March 31st from 10:00 am until to noon, Louise Bacon-Ogden will give a talk at Humboldt Botanical Gardens on birding basics. This includes discussions on field guides, optics and ethics. Handouts will be provided. After the informative talk, a jaunt through the Gardens in search for incoming migrants and local species. Please bring binoculars and wear layers and comfortable shoes. All ages welcome! Cost of the program is FREE to Garden members. General Admission for non-members.
