Midge has an inordiante fondness for beetles, so today's Baywatch comes by request. Carol Vander Meer chats about diving beetles, Humboldt's own little scuba divers. Dving beetles are capable of breathing underwater for up to half an hour with a little air bubble tucked beneath their wings.
