Zero Waste Humboldt (ZWH) invites the public to “Legislative Solutions to California’s Zero Waste Challenge” with Mark Murray, Executive Director of Californians Against Waste. Supporters for this event are Maureen Hart and Fire & Light. This presentation is the 4th event in the Zero Waste Solutions Series. Murray is an HSU alum ('87) returning to the HSU campus at the College Creek Great Hall on Harpst Street, Friday, March 4, 6:30 - 7:30 P.M. Convenient and free parking will be across the street at the corner lot of Harpst & Kossow.
This event is especially designed for local government leaders, business owners, environmental organizations, and HSU students to learn about the issues in developing recent and pending California laws to reduce the toxicity and amount of waste Californians generate.
