Women's Self Defence Class

This class is for women and teens who are interested in learning self defense skills. Betsy Roberts and Justin Gaffney, as well as the North Coast Self Defense Team, will instruct the class, providing knowledge and tools to deal with the potential of a dangerous attack. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes or sports attire.
