What's the refund policy?
Cancellations occurring 5 days before the class date will be refunded the class fee, minus a 25% administration fee. If you need to cancel past the 5-day timeframe, we will attempt to fill your spot if a waiting list exists and will provide you with a class/store credit in the amount of the class fee, minus a 25% admin fee, IF we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to gift the class to a friend. No shows forfeit the class fees, no exceptions. If SCRAP cancels a class, your fee will be refunded in full.
