Waiting (2005)
This is a film for the line cooks, and the hostesses. For the waiters, the dishers, and the bus boys. A film for just about anyone who has thrown themselves into the chaotic world of customer service. At the start of the shift we are introduced to Dan (David Koechner), seemingly shy new employee Mitch (John Francis Daley), and the partying quip-machine Monty (Ryan Reynolds) who is put in charge of training Mitch and introducing him to the Shenanigan’s crew incuding: Dean (Justin Long) a long time Shenanigan’s employee who is questioning his lifes choices and where his future is headed and Raddimus (Luis Guzman) - head cook who has created a staff wide competiton that is the heart and soul of the resturaunt known simply as, “The Game”. Waiting has a star-studded cast with appearances by: Chi McBride, Andy Milonakis, and Dane Cook.
