Wae Yu Nae Gong for All
Arcata Recreation offers Wae Yu Nae Gong classes led by instructor Daniel Perez. Wae Yu Nae Gong (outside soft, inside string) is a practical and effective martial art that blends multiple styles and weaponry into a martial arts system that is easy and fun to learn. Class emphasis placed on learning street defense, developing focus, balance of mind and body, and compassion towards others. Monthly classes held at the Judo Hut for 5-12 year olds on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 – 5 p.m. Monthly classes held at the Judo Hut for 13 years and older on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5 – 6:30 p.m. Monthly Fee for all classes: $30/$40 non-resident, Drop-In for $10.
