TRIB Research: Gyros in the Yarden
A Fundraiser for TRIB Research
We will have beef and vegetarian gyros and cider available. We will be baking fresh pitas for the gyros in our cob oven. All gyros will have a yogurt sauce (made with Blue Blossom Farm milk), cabbage and pickled onions. The beef is from Jacoby Creek Land Trust's cows, the vegetarian gyros will have cranberry bean hummus (from our beans) and the cider is from Kokte/Caudal Fin apples we pressed last fall.
Bring your friends and family, and bring your own container for to-go requests or we will have dishes if you want to eat on-site (please do!). We will also have hats, stickers and our re-freshed screen-printer with new colors available, so bring an item(s) of clothing to slap our sweet TRIB logo onto.
