Humboldt Domestic Violence Services and North Coast Rape Crisis Team invite you to a journey of self-discovery and expression through art, dance, poetry, breath, and meditation, facilitated by Shullie Steinfeld, MA in Expressive Arts Therapy! No prior experience needed. Art supplies and food will be provided; we encourage you to bring anything that will help you to comfortably sit and lay down on the floor.
