Tiny Rollers, Mommy, Daddy-and-Me Fitness Class

For kids under the age of 5.
The class will be held on Saturdays from 10am-10:45am and is $14 for the whole family. Parents are welcome to join their child on the mat. No pre-registration necessary. No long-term commitment.
Kids will learn some basic Jiu Jitsu rolls, stretching, a weekly skill, and a group game. Our curriculum is designed to facilitate ongoing skill development and maximum fun.
Kids will develop body awareness, balancing, and group interaction.
Students and their parents will be barefoot on 1400 square feet of super-clean mats with top-notch instructors.
