The Dance Scene

The Dance Scene Studios and Sundance Ballet Company perform at the MGMA’s Afternoon of Dance program on Sunday, October 12th at 2 p.m. sponsored by Threadbare Dancewear. In keeping with the season, the company premieres its contemporary interpretation of the Halloween favorite, Danse Macabre. The fanciful musical accompaniment by Camille Saint-Saëns has charmed audiences for generations and has proven that eerie can be beautiful. The program also features students of The Dance Scene Studio performing a variety of spooky numbers. In addition, The Dance Scene Studio's musical theater group, Musical Arts Scene, presents "Little Miss High and Mighty," showcasing the new song from the British show-in-preparation, Ada Lovelace the Musical.
