Sustainable Futures Speaker Series
As part of the Sustainable Futures Speaker Series, Dr. Yvonne Everett will present “Collaborative Cross-Boundary Stewardship: International Comparisons of Challenges and Success.” Everett is professor of Environmental Planning in the Department of Environmental Science and Management at HSU. This presentation reports on her research in Sri Lanka, Germany and Australia comparing factors that contribute to success in voluntary efforts of private landowners to achieve landscape scale stewardship that would not be possible without collaboration across private property boundaries. The Sustainable Futures Speaker Series is presented by the Environment & Community Graduate Program and Schatz Energy Research Center. The presentation will take in SciB 135 on the HSU campus.
