Stretch and Refresh

September 4 - October 4 • Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm. at the Recreation & Wellness Center, room 125. This class will guide you through a full body stretch and strengthening exercises designed to release tension. Gently increase circulation throughout the body while increasing range of motion and muscle tone in target areas such as the core, the feet and the spine. A midday refresher is good for everyone and will help get you successfully through the rest of your day. This class is appropriate for all levels and is gentle and relaxing.
