Solidarity with Standing Rock
In response to the call for international solidarity, we are committing to four days of prayer locally. Please join us in organizing and participating, thank you. The so far agenda is:
-Saturday Oct. 8th sunset prayer gathering 6:30-7:30pm at the Arcata Plaza
-Sunday Oct. 9th Big prayer walk for healing
From the Arcata Plaza to Eureka, over the Samoa Bridge, through Manila, and to the Arcata Plaza. All day, ends with sunset prayer in the Plaza. Leave plaza @ 9am 16.2 mile prayer walk
-Monday Oct. 10th Small prayer walk, leaving Arcata Marsh, end of I st, @ 6pm to Arcata Plaza. Sunset Prayer Circle with Papal Bull 1493 awareness sharing and healing
-Tuesday Oct. 11th Day of action and prayer. Sunset prayer for world healing and peace, 6:30-7:30pm Arcata Plaza
