Redwood Poetry Slam!
Word Humboldt & ReWorded bring you their first poetry slam of 2021 - the Redwood Poetry Slam is back! For the first time ever at the beautiful Miniplex theater they will give you a night of words and poetic competition. $5 to compete, free to attend. Prizes for top 3 poets & points toward competing on the Word Humboldt Slam team at regional & national competitions. (It's also Waffle Wednesday, so come early to get savory Roasted Poblano & Cheddar cornbread Belgian waffles with spicy cayenne honey drizzle & sour cream)! 21+ event, masks are required indoors as long as local mandate is in effect.
