North Coast Mensa Forum
Redwood Coast Village, a membership organization of seniors helping each other, is being formed in Humboldt County. Steering committee members JoAnn Schuch and Betsy Husband will present information and answer questions The event, open to the public, is noon Saturday (Sept. 26) at the Samoa Cookhouse. Lunch is no-host. There are 160 siuch villages nationwide, since it started on Beacon Hill in Boston as a way of keeping seniors in their homes and neighborhood with help from other seniors.
