This amazing 17-member ensemble is led by award–winning composer and conductor Maria Schneider and features some of the finest jazz musicians working today. Described as “breathtaking,” “ravishing,” and “sublime,” Schneider’s lush and evocative compositions have earned her five Grammy Awards and invited comparisons to fellow composer/bandleaders Duke Ellington and Gil Evans.
