Manga/Anime Drawing Course
The course is 7 Thursdays, beginning April 16th. It is for ages 9 and up. Basic drawing skills required. We will learn: faces, eyes, hair, bodies, expressions, characters, children, hands, mouths, lips and clothing in manga and anime style. For the first class, please bring a sketch pad, pencil & eraser. The class supply list will be discussed during the first class and it is recommended to wait for this discussion before purchasing too many supplies. Students can get by in this course with the following: sketch paper, pencil, eraser, black ink pens. Recommended Materials: Bristol Board Paper, mechanical pencil, kneaded eraser, 4B pencil, pigma micron 05, pigma micron 02, Pentel GFKP or Black Copic sketch or any black brush ink marker.
