Bitter and Brae
"Bitter & Brae" is a Folk/Americana duo of talented songwriters, whose music is a tasty blend of bluegrass and folksy humor. Their shows feature original songs and clever remakes of covers by the likes of Tom Petty, Jack White and other rock standards that have been "countrified". Brae Lewis plays in Trippin the Dew, a local Celtic Trio, and plays banjo, guitar and mandolin. Richard Bitter plays upright bass and guitar, and is known for his work with local bands Guano and The Fickle Hillbillies.
