Little River Virtual Workshop

The community is invited to the Little River Trail Virtual Workshop to learn about the progress that has been made on advancing a non-motorized trail, connecting Scenic Drive in Westhaven to Clam Beach Drive and the Hammond Coastal Trail. Participants will receive an update on the status of the project design and environmental review process. The workshop will provide an opportunity to ask questions, provide comments and learn about the next steps in the planning, permitting and implementation of a trail which will expand the area’s regional trail system and provide an important link in the California Coastal Trail. The virtual workshop will include an overview of trail alignment and 30% design, a summary of the key findings in the Initial Study Mitigated Negative Declaration, and information on how the public can participate during the upcoming CEQA public comment period.
