Instrument Drive
With an increase enrollment in music classes over the past few years the McKinleyville union School districts inventory of wind instruments is not able to accommodate a beginning band at the 5th grade level. MUSD is holding an instrument drive asking the community to help fund and support a beginning band within the schools. If you have any spare wind instruments that you would like to donate to the district they can be dropped off at either Morris Elementary, Dow's Elementary, or the McKinleyville Middle School. If you don't have any wind instrument but would still like to help you can make a small donation so that we could purchase them ourselves. Thanks so much.
