Hot Yoga Classes, Beginners Welcome
Yoga students of all levels of experience are invited to attend Hot Yoga Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 9 a.m., with Certified Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist, Erica M. Haines at Old School Yoga located at 2212 Jacoby Creek Road in Bayside. Please come to class prepared with water, a yoga mat and a towel. New Students pay $25 for 5 classes.
