HempStalk Fiber Drive at Hemp Fest
The Hempstalk Project invites farmers to donate clean stalks during HempFest at the Mateel Community Center on Saturday November 14th and the 15th. Hempstalk is a not-for-profit, local project sponsored by the NorthCoast Horticulture Supply, Satori Movement, TeaLAB and Talking Trees Farms. Hempstalk is exploring the use of cannabis stalks for waste reduction and entrepreneurship. This fall the goal is to collect one ton of fiber to find ways to use this valuable, local resource for community use.
