Gift Making Session!
Calling all children of Humboldt County! Sure, you’ve written a letter to Santa Claus telling that kindly old gentleman the presents you desire under the Christmas tree but what have you done about presents to give to your parents?
That’s what I thought. Well, do not despair for the Redwood Discovery Museum is offering gift-making workshops on Wednesday, December 9th, and only children are allowed to attend. At 10:30 in the morning until noon, the workshop will be for potty-trained preschool children. After school until 4:15, there will be a second workshop for children up to the age of ten. During each session children may make two gifts. All gifts will leave the museum wrapped and tree-ready. (No peeking, parents!) Snacks to keep up one’s strength while creating will be served.
The cost is $10 per session/$7.50 for museum members
