Festival of Dreams

The Festival of Dreams is a new arts and culture festival taking place on the shores of Wigi (Humboldt Bay) in beautiful Halvorsen Park and Old Town - and celebrating everything that is whimsical, weird, and wonderful about the community and world we inhabit! This event is FREE for everyone, and everyone is encouraged to participate wearing the costume of their dreams!
