Estate/Garage Sale
The recent and sudden death of my mother has been quite an experience but I still need to handle all of this stuff and not being the throwing away type especially when it's high quality items and antiques and collectibles that leads to the obvious conclusion. ...Estae/Garage sale, all proceeds go to the three surfing children and the now needed housing for me since I had moved back in with her to help her as much as I was able to.
