No really, this is not a test.
In this film, a policeman has just set up a roadblock in hopes of catching a killer when a van load of people drive up. Just then the radio announces that a nuclear bomb is about to fall. The people in the van will not allow the poor trooper inside. ~ Rottentomatoes.
