An evil crime boss (Mari Honjo) concocts a super drug that she then uses to create three fearsome kung fu killers, which she dubs Death Machines. She begins hiring them out as ultra-competent contract killers, and the only one to stop her plans is a young student. ~ Rottentomatoes.
