Dinner with Kevin Belton
PBS North Coast (formerly KEET-TV) is bringing New Orleans celebrity chef Kevin Belton to Eureka for Dinner With Kevin Belton. Chef Belton, whose PBS series “New Orleans Cooking With Kevin Belton” explores the culinary cultures that contribute to the distinctive food of the Crescent City, has taught the foundations of Louisiana cooking to students and audiences throughout the United States, Canada and Europe for more than twenty years. PBS North Coast members and guests will enjoy a Sazarac Reception and a four-course New Orleans dinner with selected dinner wines as Belton shares stories and recollections. Proceeds from the event will benefit PBS North Coast. Laissez les bons temp rouler! Deliciously.
