Decorate a Candy-Case

Families are invited to the Arcata Library on Halloween from 4-5 p.m., for a candy-case decorating party! Come personalize a pillowcase, then head over the Arcata Plaza at 5 p.m. to fill it up with trick-or-treats. All supplies are provided by the Friends of the Arcata Library.
