CR's Digital Media Showcase
The College of the Redwoods Digital Media Showcase will celebrate the amazing creations of CR Digital Media students past and present. This free event takes place Thursday, May 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Access Humboldt's Community Media Center on the Eureka High School Campus. Enter through Del Norte and L Streets or the back parking lot off Humboldt and K Street. Visitors can view examples of Cartoon Animation, Web design, Photoshop, Video Production, Motion Graphics, Digital Storytelling, Desktop Publishing, and demo student-created video games on the big screen. Digital Media instructors will be on hand to answer questions about the CR Digital Media program with pathways for Graphic Design, Animation, Video/Motion Graphics, and Game Design. The public is invited to come out and mingle with Digital Media artists past, present and future, and enjoy coffee and refreshments.
